The following is an overview of Hybrid’s method when working with clients. It is designed to identify the crucial elements and then deliver both fast and permanent benefits to the organization.

Purpose (Strategic): Solve chronic organization-wide problems that block success. Method: Sessions with Senior Managers, identifying constraints and root causes, implementing lasting solutions. Training and Mentoring. Purpose (Operational): Create successes that can be sustained and built upon. Method: Work hands-on with line staff and supervisors. Tackle the opportunities with large gains for small efforts to build confidence and provide immediate improvements. |

As the diagram below illustrates, a non-aligned organization will produce weak results, regardless of the quality of input such as ideas, markets, staff, location and physical assets.
